Alki Beach

We woke up Saturday morning to a beautiful sunny day so we packed up Vale and the BBQ and headed out to Alki. Having spent so much of my early years at the beach, I feel obligated to help my son develop a love of the beach. Plus it feels like home whenever I put my feet in the sand. Vale loved sitting in the chairs and eating outside but not as much as he loved playing in the sand.

Afterwards we stopped at 7-11 for a slurpee.

There is nothing like a dirty, sandy, sticky, happy baby!!!
