Last weekend I took a trip with some friends from Maple Valley to Portland to do some tax free Christmas shopping. I haven't done the math but when you add in the cost of gas and the hotel room, I don't know that I really saved any money. Regardless, we had so much fun eating, shopping, eating, staying up until almost 4:30am, eating, chatting, laughing and shopping. It was crazy fun and it almost felt like I was single again!
Before I left I could tell Jared was over the moon with excitment to have Vale all to himself for the weekend. When I called to check in on Saturday, Jared said he just finished the dishes and had started the laundry. What more could I ask for??? His efforts and support made the trip all the more relaxing and fun, thanks hon!
