Perfectly Ordinary Days...

Vale went to a Star Wars birthday party. He came home dressed as a young Jedi. How creative!!! It's a men's small t-shirt cut down the front with a rope tied around his waist and his lightsaber is half a swimming noodle with black duct tape! We were getting a little tired of not being able to defend ourselves so we made 2 more lightsabers (red and green) so now we have family lightsaber fights and the younglings LOVE it! :)

Noah has reached the hat stage! He LOVES to wear hats!!!
I shouldn't let the boys jump on our bed but they have so much fun. It's just a bed ...
Vale is also into pulling silly faces for pictures.
Our ward throws THE BEST 4th of July breakfast and bike parade. This is an old City of Renton 1940's Firetruck someone in our ward owns and the children all get to ride on it ... siren, lights and all!
Lining up for the bike parade
We didn't get any pictures of Vale at the parade but here he is with his bike all decorated.

On Monday we took a drive up to Chinook Pass near Mt Rainier. When we told Vale we were going up there for a picnic and he told us, "It's not Mt. Rain -er ...it's Mt. Snow -er" since it's covered in snow, not rain. He was right, there was a lot of snow.
